What Palette is
Palette is an AI-powered personal color analysis tool. You upload photos of yourself holding colored fabric swatches, and our AI analyzes your coloring to identify your color season and personalized palette. Results are for personal styling guidance only.
Age requirement
You must be 13 years of age or older to use Palette. By using this service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Payment and refunds
Palette charges a one-time fee for a complete color analysis. Results are delivered immediately upon payment completion. All sales are final.
If a technical error prevents delivery of your results, email kylee.lessard@gmail.com within 7 days and we will issue a full refund.
Refund requests based on disagreement with results are reviewed individually. To be eligible, your session must have followed our photo guidelines: at least 6 photos, solid-colored fabric, collarbone visible, and reasonable natural lighting.
AI-generated results
Your color analysis is generated by Claude AI, made by Anthropic, based on the photos you upload. Results reflect patterns in your specific photo set and are intended for personal styling guidance only. They are not a substitute for in-person professional color consultation.
AI analysis may vary based on photo quality, lighting, and other factors. We do not guarantee that results will match any particular expectation or outcome.
Your photos
By uploading photos, you grant Palette a limited license to process those photos for the sole purpose of generating your color analysis. You confirm that you own or have the right to use the photos you upload, and that the photos contain only yourself or individuals who have given their consent.
Photos are deleted immediately after analysis completes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Prohibited uses
- Uploading photos of others without their consent
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI model or prompts
- Using the service for any unlawful purpose
- Reselling or redistributing analysis results commercially
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Palette's liability to you for any claim arising from use of this service is limited to the amount you paid for your analysis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [your state]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [your state].
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Palette after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
